Dolciaria Valtellinese was founded in 1980 by an old baker's shop that had been open since the beginning of the century. The Company immediately committed itself to pursuing product quality and reviving traditions - objectives that have led us to rediscover those products that best represent the history of Valtellina cuisine: Bisciola, tarts, biscuits and snacks, breakfast pastries, bread substitutes, and cakes for special occasions.
Our recognized experience in the confectionery industry and the construction of a new production facility enable us to offer a wide range of popular products.
Dolciaria Valtellinese is located in the green plain of Chiuro, a town surrounded by the Alps in the province of Sondrio, where buckwheat was once cultivated. At the new production facility you can also visit the factory outlet, which is open to the public.
