Attentive towards its choice of raw materials and intent on reviving traditions, Dolciaria Valtellinese wanted to focus consumer attention on the grain that has always characterized the Valtellina food culture - rye. This ancient grain of rural tradition, which is well-known for its many qualities such as its high dietary fibre content, is used to make so-called "bread substitutes". All products in this line are handmade and contain no added preservatives.
